You can put any text in this description box, including Links and colored text. If the description text is longer than the description container, the scrollbar to the right will show. You can choose the color of the scrollbar/ scrollbar handle. You can also choose the height of the description box. Choose the next image to see some more features.

This big image above is a link. You can choose what images are links, and whether they open in a new window. If the image is a link, the lightbox effect will be disabled for that image.
You can customise overall width and height of the gallery, and the size of the thumbnails. There are lots of other customisation options, see the full list of features below this gallery.

Features

- Put as many photos as you want in
- Use the plugin to put a gallery in a content item
- Choose the width and height of each gallery
- Mass upload – Zip your photos and upload the zip file

- Option to have the large images preloaded in the background, after the page has loaded
- Option to have the image transition fade in and out, or to have no transition effect (works well with preloading).
- Add a description to any photo, which can have links and text formatting in it.
- The description box height is customisable, and will scroll if the text is bigger than the box

- Choose a link for each photo, so when you click on the big photo, it links somewhere (and choose whether it opens in a new window).
- For each gallery, choose a short description (goes on menu of galleries), and a long description (goes with the gallery).
- Choose a meta title and meta description for each gallery.
- Display date created and date modified info
- Customise the speed of the thumbnail scroller, and the area sensitive to mouse movements
- Choose the image quality
- Search engine friendly urls (site.com/gallery/1 instead of site.com/index.php?option=com_gallery&view=gallery&id=1)
- Works in IE6/7, Firefox, Safari and Opera
- With all these options you can change the default option, which is displayed when you create a new gallery
- All the visible text is stored in one .ini language file. This makes it easy to translate this component. Contact me for more information on translations.
